Why does it say my order is made to order?
Only hats are kept in stock. Each shirt and hoodie is custom-made for you the moment you place an order. This helps us save space and make sure that every print is fresh, inspected, and ready to wear straight out of the package
How long does production take?
Hats normally ship next business day, however they make take up to 3 days to ship.
Shirts and hoodies usually take 1-2 weeks to be manufactured and then ship out within 3 days of the product being completed.
What shipping provider do you use?
We ship all products through UPS Ground. This ensures that you get your order in a timely manner and also provides $100 insurance should your order get lost or damaged in transit.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in house in South Carolina.
Our hats and apparel are manufactured in the U.S.
Why are all sales final?
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges due to size or fit preferences.
However, if you experience a printing or quality issue with your order, we'll make it right.
